MSL acts as the registered office for most of the companies it incorporates including local trading companies, mutual funds and SIBLs
Directorships and Fiduciary Services
In appropriate circumstances MSL or one of its directors can act as director for client companies and provide other fiduciary services
About us
Maricorp Services Ltd is a wholly independent corporate services and management company based and operating solely in and from the Cayman Islands.
The business was established in 1994 and has held a license issued by the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority since 2001 for the purpose of providing company management services, including, incorporation and management of Cayman Islands
companies, registered office facilities and ancillary services.
In November 2021, Maricorp was acquired by Cayman Law Group Ltd (another Cayman Islands company management company) and Grainne Brady and Chris Narborough were appointed to the existing Maricorp Board of Directors. Cayman Law Group Ltd
eventually merged with Maricorp in January 2022.
Over the years MSL has grown and emerged as a leading corporate services provider but retains its founding ethic of seeking to provide a highly efficient and responsive service at competitive rates.
