· Company Formation
MSL incorporates Exempted companies, Ordinary Resident companies, Ordinary Non-Resident companies, Limited Partnerships, LLC Companies, Foundations and other entities permitted in Cayman law.
• Registration and Licensing
MSL handles licensing and registration applications and renewals with various statutory bodies including the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority, the Trade and Business Licensing Board, the Local Companies Control Board and the Registrar of Companies.
• Registered Office, Secretary, Assistant Secretary and ancillary services
MSL acts as the registered office for most of the companies it incorporates including local trading companies, mutual funds and SIBLs and dealing with statutory record keeping, beneficial ownership registers, annual returns and making the required filings for change of directors and officers, revisions to share capital and alterations to the memorandum and articles of association.
• Directorships and Fiduciary Services
In appropriate circumstances MSL or one of its directors can act as director for client companies and provide other fiduciary services.
• Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer
With wide experience in compliance and reporting requirements and procedures, officers of MSL are in appropriate circumstances available to accept these appointments for client companies.
• Superyachts and Commercial Vessels
With lengthy experience in maritime law, ship and superyacht registration, transfer and financing and a member of the private sector consultative committee of the Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands, MSL is well placed to assist clients with the Shipping registry and acts as local representative for a number of the worlds most prestigious super yachts as well as having major commercial shipping clients.
• Reduced Economic Substance Test
MSL can assist those clients required to meet these obligations.
• Voluntary Liquidations, Dissolutions and Strike Offs
MSL can act as liquidator in voluntary liquidations and assist client companies meeting the statutory requirements and deal with dissolutions and strike offs.
• Trademark and Copyright Registrations and Maintenance
As a licensed agent MSL can process applications and renewals.
